My book has arrived!

My dear friends!

My book just arrived. I am holding my book in my hands and would like to express my wish that it may contribute to give people a fresh and positive impulse in their lives. The wisdom of the Tibetan culture can help us all regardless of our origin or religious background to understand our mind and overcome negative emotions, which is the base for peace in this world. Peace can not be forced by weapons. Peace can also not be bought. True peace begins with each one of us recognizing and understanding  who we really are. That's why I am convinced, that this beautiful Philosophy of my culture hold an enormous peace promoting potential for the modern world of the 21st century. The book might be translated soon into English and I will be happy to let you know as soon as this happens.
